DVF! Okay, so I was watching one of my 'guilty pleasures' show, The City, and at the event Whitney was hosting, the new Wonder Woman collection was being shown. I think it brings such a good message-woman power all the way! DVF's new collection is so incredibly wearable and just darn cute. With all the multi-colored stars and such, I ask, why hasn't anyone else thought of this?

Hm? Between Katharine McPhee and January Jones, I personally think that Katharine wears it better. The gold pumps complement this Rory Beca tunic 'oh so well.' Wonder if they saw each other there that night? Ladies, please-this is just like when two girls show up wearing the same dress at prom-it's tacky.

Spring 2009 RTW

Hellllloooo? This is SO wonderful. Let me just say that I am a huge fan of the "matte" look. Balenciaga has definitely made things interesting. As stated from Style.com, Nicolas Ghesquière was quoted as saying that his Spring 2009 collection was an exploration of "matte and shine, playing with textures to see how they reflect or absorb light. And playing with our house codes." Futuristic is the way to go.
